Store Policy

ADRA HAIR COMPANY STORE POLICY

​

1. ORDERING POLICY

  • All orders must be placed through the official Adra Hair Company website or approved sales channels.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address, contact information, and product selections are correct at checkout.

  • Once an order is submitted, no changes can be made (including changes to addresses, textures, lengths, or items) due to our fast processing times.

  • Duplicate orders placed by mistake must be reported within 1 hour of purchase.

2. PAYMENT POLICY

  • We accept major payment methods including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna/Afterpay (if applicable).

  • All payments are 100% secure and must be received in full before an order is processed.

  • Adra Hair Company does not store customer card information.

  • Any flagged or high-risk transactions may require additional verification or may be canceled for customer safety.

3. PROCESSING TIME

  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom units, colored wigs, or special-order items require 5–10 business days for processing.

  • During sales, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing may be slightly extended.

4. SHIPPING POLICY

  • Domestic shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on location.

  • International shipping varies between 7–14 business days depending on customs and country regulations.

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • Adra Hair Company is not responsible for:

    • Delayed deliveries due to carriers

    • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

    • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • If a package is returned due to an incomplete or wrong address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

5. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For hygiene and safety reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

This includes:

  • Hair bundles

  • Wigs

  • Clip-ins

  • Closures & frontals

  • Hair products/accessories

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been shipped.

Exceptions (Case-by-Case)

Adra Hair Company may issue a solution if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product arrived damaged

  • There was an error on our end

 

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photo/video proof

  • Unworn, uncut, unaltered hair

  • Original packaging

Once lace is cut, hair is installed, brushed, dyed, washed, or altered—the item is no longer eligible.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.

  • After processing begins, we are unable to cancel or modify an order.

7. CUSTOM WIGS / CUSTOM ORDERS

  • All custom orders require full payment before production.

  • Custom wigs/units are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Adra Hair Company is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

  • Color results may vary slightly depending on donor hair and lighting.

8. QUALITY ASSURANCE

  • All Adra Hair products undergo a strict quality inspection before shipping.

  • We do not guarantee results for hair that has been:

    • Dyed by a third party

    • Chemically processed

    • Cut, glued, or altered in a way that affects quality

  • Proper hair care instructions are provided to maintain product lifespan.

9. LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Once the carrier confirms delivery, Adra Hair Company is not liable for missing or stolen packages.

  • Customers must file a claim with the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx).

  • We will assist with documentation if needed.

  • Customer service operates Monday–Friday during business hours.

ADRA HAIR COMPANY WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

1. WHOLESALE ELIGIBILITY

Adra Hair Company offers wholesale pricing to:

  • Boutique owners

  • Hairstylists / licensed professionals

  • Online hair vendors

  • Salon owners

  • Beauty supply stores

All wholesale clients must complete the Wholesale Application Form and be approved before receiving access to wholesale pricing.

2. MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS (MOQ)

  • Standard MOQ: (insert your MOQ here — typically 6–10 bundles or 3 wigs)

  • Custom orders, bulk orders, and private-label orders may require a higher minimum.

  • Mixed lengths and textures are allowed as long as the MOQ requirement is met.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • Wholesale pricing is confidential and only available to approved wholesale partners.

  • Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, availability, and vendor updates.

  • Full payment is required before production or shipping.

  • Accepted payment methods include:

    • PayPal

    • Credit/Debit Card

    • Apple Pay

    • Wire Transfer (for large bulk orders)

  • High-volume or custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit.

Note: Adra Hair Company does not offer net terms, payment plans, or “pay later” options for wholesale clients unless otherwise agreed.

4. PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

  • Standard wholesale orders: 3–7 business days

  • Custom wigs, custom coloring, or bulk production: 7–14 business days

  • Large orders (50+ items) may require 10–20 business days depending on complexity.

  • Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.

5. SHIPPING POLICY

  • Domestic wholesale orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • International wholesale orders ship via DHL or FedEx.

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight and destination.

  • Once shipped, all tracking information will be provided via email.

Adra Hair Company is not responsible for:

  • Delays by carriers

  • Customs fees or import taxes

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

Wholesale customers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance, especially for large bulk orders.

All wholesale orders are FINAL SALE.

A replacement may be offered if:

  • You received the incorrect product

  • A product is defective upon delivery

Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the order and must include:

  • Photos/videos

  • Evidence that the hair is unused, unwashed, uncut, and unaltered

  • Original packaging

7. CUSTOMIZATION SERVICES

We offer optional add-on services for wholesale clients:

  • Private labeling (tags, branding, packaging)

  • Custom wig construction

  • Custom coloring

  • Drop-shipping (if you offer it)

Customization fees vary and must be paid in full before production begins.

8. PRIVATE LABELING

If you offer private-label hair:

  • Client must provide logo files in PNG or vector format

  • Processing for private labels takes 5–10 business days

  • All branded packaging must be approved before production

  • No refunds or revisions after labels are printed and confirmed

9. QUALITY ASSURANCE

Every bundle and wig undergoes strict quality inspection:

  • Hair sourced from trusted suppliers

  • Cuticle-aligned, tangle-free, minimal shedding

  • True-to-length, factory-sealed

  • Sanitized and prepared before shipment

Once hair is altered by the wholesale customer or their clients, Adra Hair Company cannot guarantee longevity or results.

10. RESELLER RESPONSIBILITIES

Wholesale clients are responsible for:

  • Setting their own retail pricing

  • Providing customer service to their own customers

  • Educating customers on hair care instructions

  • Marketing, branding, and product photos (unless provided)

Adra Hair Company is not responsible for customer disputes that occur between the reseller and their customers.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

Wholesale clients agree not to:

  • Share wholesale pricing

  • Share supplier information

  • Reproduce or distribute Adra Hair Company’s branding

  • Misrepresent Adra Hair Company products as their own (unless private-label agreement is in place)

Violations may result in removal from the wholesale program.
